Love the sight word cards. Another activity that stresses 2 hands is Key Seeker - http://annrymer.com/keyseeker/ It's more random letters than Keyboard Zoo but again it's colors for each hand but of course, different colors. :)

One thing I do with Kindergarten or 1st Grade is "Adventures in Keyboarding" - http://stmcomputers.wikispaces.com/LP-Adventures+In+Keyboarding

Keyboard Climber also stresses using 2 hands though I typically use this for the end of 1st grade & up. If the letter appears on the right side of the screen, then it should be typed with the right hand and on the left, it should be typed with the left. http://www.tvokids.com/games/keyboardclimber
